Join Florence, in-person or online, for this six-week series focusing on strengthening with your own body weight or hand weights.
These classes offer the benefits of movement with the support of a chair while seated or standing.
***For those who have already taken the Chair Yoga for Beginners and have experience with physical fitness***
Explore ways to build strength and improve balance in classes designed to safely enhance your health and well-being.
***Mandatory Requirements: Participants must bring their own hand weights to each class.***
Other props (chair, mat, block, straps) will be provided but you are welcome to use your own.
Please note that registration for series classes are non-refundable.
