Chair Yoga for Beginners w/ Florence

Join Florence, in-person, for this Self-care in a Chair Yoga six-week series. These classes offer the benefits of

gentle yoga with the support of a chair while seated or standing.

Learn modified yoga postures, relaxation & breathing techniques, and balancing & strengthening exercises designed

to safely improve your health and well-being.

Accessible to all. No prior experience with yoga or physical fitness is required.

Props will be provided but you are welcome to use your own.
