Beginner Hatha Yoga with Florence
Start your yoga journey in a safe and supportive environment. This series is designed for those
new to yoga or anyone looking to reconnect with a consistent, mindful practice.
No prior experience is required—all ages, body types, and fitness levels are warmly welcomed.

What to Expect:
Each week, Florence will guide you through the fundamentals of Hatha yoga, focusing on
proper form, mindful movement, and breathing techniques. You will:
* Build a strong foundation with poses like Warrior, Downward Dog, and Child’s Pose.
* Learn how to use props to support your unique body.
* Connect movement with breath to increase flexibility and strength.
* Conclude every session with restorative relaxation.
The Intention:
Beyond the physical postures, this series aims to help you reduce stress and cultivate deep
body-mind awareness. Whether your goal is to improve your overall well-being or simply find a moment of calm, this program provides the tools to build a practice that lasts.
Props (mat, block, straps) will be provided but you are welcome to use your own.
