My Chakra Yin series is an exploration of our 7 chakras as we move through a series of Yin poses. Each week, I share the characteristics and properties of each chakra. The practice of Yin yoga, with its long held stretches gives us what we need to find balance, less stress and more joy in our lives. When our Chakras are balanced, life is better and we are more resilient and prepared for wherever life leads us.
